We are a trusted service with years of experience in real estate transaction paperwork. Let us take the burden of compliance off your shoulders. All forms we prepare are at your direction and can be sent to your client via electronic signature programs, after your approval, or can be forwarded to you to obtain the client signatures.
Once paperwork is received, you will be able to view your broker's compliance file within 24 hrs. We complete a pre-closing audit within 3 days of your client's signing appt so any last minute paperwork can be signed prior to closing.
Once the file has closed & final compliance paperwork is submitted to your broker, we will forward both you and your client a copy of the completed file with the Final HUD. We will also include in your clients final email from us a link to any social sites you may be active in so they can leave a referral for you.
